State Development Program (SDP)
This information is designed to assist State Sporting Organisations,
Industry Peak Bodies and Industry Service Organisations in updating their
information for the SROD. This is a requirement as part of the application
process for the SDP.
Once all information has been received and collated relevant sport and recreation data and contact details for organisations will be available through this site.

Guidelines For Updating Information
All updating of the SROD information required for SDP applications must
be made through this website. This process will be carried out completely
online. Sport and Recreation Queensland understands this is a time consuming
process, and has endeavoured to simplify the process where possible.
If you are intending to apply for funding through the program, please
take a few minutes to read these guidelines - it will save you time and
assist in streamlining the updating process.
The information you provide through this application process is a valuable resource for determining industry trends and projecting future participation. This information is vital to the industry to assist in future sport and recreation planning and improves the effectiveness and allocation of available resources and funding.
Please note that information entered on the SROD may be subject to an
audit as per the SDP Guidelines for Applicants.

How To Update Your Information
When you update your information, you will be required to logon through the Login Page using a unique password. This ensures that you have control over the security of your information. If you do not have a password, email state.info@srq.qld.gov.au.
You will only have access to your own information, and information you provide is treated as strictly confidential. Please note, data such as contact details, participation statistics and coaching information will be available for public viewing. All financial, funding and banking details will only be available to your organisation.
Applicants must fill in the requested information and save data. The information requested is the same as in previous years.
Where relevant, the forms will show the information provided for the previous year so you can
simply update and save the information for the current year.
All forms must be completed and saved, however, not all forms may be relevant to all organisations.
If a form is not applicable to your organisation, please uncheck the relevant box on the form summary page.
You must complete every form to enable your update to be submitted electronically. If you have not completed and saved all forms, and you attempt to submit your update, you will be prompted to complete the relevant forms, save the information and resubmit your update.
Please note you do not need to update all your information in one sitting, as the program will note which forms you have completed and saved, and which are yet to be completed. When you re-enter the program to continue updating information, you will be required to re-enter your password through the Login Page, and return to the appropriate form.
